What's Roasting
At Gibson Coffee, we proudly use 100% Arabica beans in every blend. Grown at higher altitudes and known for their smooth, nuanced flavor, Arabica beans offer a more refined cup with tasting notes that range from floral and fruity to chocolatey and nutty. With naturally lower bitterness and caffeine content, they’re the preferred choice for coffee lovers who value quality, complexity, and character in every sip.
Bean Origins
Brazil
Brazilian coffee beans are smooth, sweet, and low in acidity. They often taste like chocolate and nuts, with mild fruit notes. Grown mostly in Minas Gerais, they’re usually sun-dried and have a medium body. Perfect for espresso or blends.
Columbian
Colombian coffee beans are bright, aromatic, and well-balanced. Grown in high-altitude regions, they offer citrus, berry, and floral notes with medium body and clean acidity. Ideal for pour-over and specialty brews.
Espresso Blend
Bold and balanced, this blend combines Brazil’s chocolatey depth, Peru’s fruit-forward brightness, and Papua New Guinea’s subtle spice. Smooth as a straight shot, rich with milk—always satisfying.
Sustainability
We’re mindful of the impact coffee sourcing can have on people and the planet. We aim to work with producers who value responsible farming, fair labor, and long-term community wellbeing. Certifications like Rainforest Alliance and Fairtrade help guide our choices, and we’re continually learning how to make better ones.
Great coffee starts with great practices—and we believe transparency is part of the journey.
